I personally feel that rape is rape regardless who the offender is. As long there is violence and force involoved, and most importantly non-consent, it is rape. Period. There is no such thing as granting a husband immunity to that offence when he forces himself on his unwilling wife based on the fact that they are married. That is not sound logic and is grossly unfair to the victim here.

A rapist, in my opinion, is a criminal and a coward of the lowest order. He usually preys on the innocent and defenceless. After each act, he has a false satisfaction of having conquered. Why should he be given that satisfaction? I strongly feel that all rapists, regardless of whether their victim is a stranger or a wife deserve what they have imposed, LIFE HUMILIATION.

Rape is one of the most evil acts one can inflict on another and the Penal Code should not include immunity provisions for such a violent crime. Rape is rape.

Clearly forcing a woman to have sex against her own will even though she is your wife is wrong, so why is there an exception?

Rape is rape, no matter who the instigator is.
