rape is wrong, no matter married or not. rape causes harm to the victim and they should be protected from it. under the system of justice, retribution should be carried out on the offender in full.

Nobody should be allowed to get away with rape, regardless of whether the victim is married to her offender or not. Make rape illegal - ALL rape.

Dear sir,

All form of non-consensual sex when one partner forces on another should be defined as rape. The status and relationship between the partner should be of no consequence to the legality of such shameful violence

We pride ourselves in being a developed nation- in terms of economic progress and perhaps more fundamentally, in thought. Yet, rape under the convenient veil of marriage is deemed acceptable. This denies the married woman the right to seek recourse should she be violated by her husband. How is this fair?
