Clearly, if one party is unwilling, it is tantamount to rape. There are no exceptions. Marital rape is still a violation of human rights.

I don't see why there should be a difference between rape and marital rape when the trauma caused by the crime for which punishment is levied is the same, or perhaps, greater in cases of marital rape due to the relationship between the rapist and victim.
