Marriage doesn't mean that whatever happens between spouses are OK-ed. Some are silently suffering. I hope that their plight will come to light.

Non-consensual intercourse between man and wife is NOT permitted in the Christian paradigm, which commands that the matrimonial relationship is a loving one - with the husband sacrificing himself in service of his wife; rape in marriage is repugnant.

We cannot claim to be an open and progressive society if we do not repeal this law which denies women protection in their own homes. Sex is an act of intimacy between couples, not an act of violence. We must make marital rape criminal.

No rape is good...may it be within a marriage or not! No right person would force themselves on a weaker person. Laws are created for that purpose.
