I feel that rape of any sort even marital rape should not be allowed. What would happen to the people who are abused in the marriage and they can't get any support from the law to protect them.

To have to be in a marriage and to go through the experience of a husband raping his wife, be it under alcohol, drug or any other kind of influence, would be even more unbearable knowing that the one who made his vows to his wife has violated and disrespected her in every sense. such acts should never go unnoticed nor unpunished and should be dealth with the harshest penalty. No to Rape.

Consent is consent, and the lack thereof cannot be waved away by a legal documents signed some time in the past. When a woman agrees to marry a man, she does so as an equal; she does not sign away her rights for life. Marriage is not institutionalised personal prostitution. Marriage is a solemn recognition of two people's commitment to love and take care of each other for life. Forced sex is not love, nor care; it is barbarism and violence. It deserves no place within a bond that celebrates love.
