Rape is rape is rape. If sexual intercourse is forced on someone even though both people involved are married, it is still rape and goes against the victim's will and is done so without their consent. There is no escaping the fact that this act is a crime.

Rape is a serious violation of person against their will and should be regarded as such, even within the context of a marriage.

Agree the act should be repealed. Note that presence of consent is based on facts of the case; our judges would have to decide.
